Being a part of the Indochina, Laos isn’t the same with any other countries due to its laid-back lifestyle. This journey will give us a chance to experience the peaceful ambiance, admire the beauty of its spectacular natural attractions & its cultural heritage sites. Participating the morning Alms Giving ceremony as the locals do is truly an amazing experience.
  • Upon arrival at Vientiane International Airport, we are welcomed by our guide and driving to our hotel in town for checking in. Be free at leisure for the remainder of the day. Overnight in Vientiane.
  • After breakfast, we visit the major sights of the capital; including the oldest Wat Sisaket with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane's own Arc de Triumph. Morning Market will be the last stop before enjoying sunset by the Mekong Riverside. Returning to our hotel and overnight in Vientiane.
  • After breakfast, we travel by road to Vang Vieng. This route will take around 4-5 hours including some stops on the way. Our first stop will be the famous salt mine of Ban Keun. Next stop is the picturesque lake of Nam Ngum, created by damming the Nam Ngum River. Enjoy our lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the fishing village of Tha Heua.
    Arriving in Vang Vieng in the mid-afternoon, we explore Tham Jang cave that offers stunning views over the Nam Song River and surrounding karst scenery.

  • This morning, we set off for a long drive to Luang Prabang, estimated time is around 7-8 hours. This breathtaking scenery route would be one of our great memories in Laos. We also make a photo-stop at Phatang Mountain view point and admire the beautiful scenery. Koe Kuang local market is the place where we can see some wild animals and special Laos food ingredients. Visit the H'mong village of Ban Hin Ngon and the Khmu village of Ban Kiu Kam Pone etc Walk to the villages to stretch our legs.

    Luang Prabang is perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. The tranquility and charm of this town with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos. We reach this Heritage town in the late afternoon. Check-in our hotel and be free at leisure.

  • This morning, we visit the National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign. Continue our city tour with visiting Wat Mai meaning “New Temple”. This is the largest and most splendidly decorated temple of Luang Prabang. The most impressive structure of Wat Mai is its five tiered roof. It’s also be known as the new monastery of the city.

    In the afternoon, we visit the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple, we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar, where we can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

  • We get up early this morning to experience the Alms Giving Ceremony which is a very unique experience that should not be missed while in Luang Prabang. Every morning during the sunrise, people line on the streets in order to offer alms to the Buddhist monks. Leaning from a legend which said that when people offer alms to the monks, their family’s member from the “other life” also could receive some. This ceremony therefore has been carrying on in Luang Prabang for many generations. We are always welcome to participate this amazing culture. Before heading back to the hotel for breakfast, we also visit a local market where we can either find all local products or tasting some simple food that local people using for breakfast every day.

    After that, we drive through the Luang Prabang countryside to Kuang Si Waterfalls.  Along the way by the Mekong River you will see gorgeous landscapes of many rice fields, hills and villages. We will visit an ethnic minority at a village where their local culture has remained unchanged for centuries. Upon reaching Kuang Si Waterfalls, relax and enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings. We return to the Luang Prabang afterwards and free at leisure.

  • This morning, we transfer to Pak Ou cave; we stop on the way stop to visit the whisky village and discover how the villagers make Lau Lao (potent rice whisky) then continue to the cave where a thousand Buddha figures are kept.  The Buddha Caves or Pak Ou Caves hold over 6,000 Buddha statues that the locals still use for worship. The two caves in the lower part of a limestone cliff facing the river are crammed with Buddha images of various shapes and sizes. After the visits, we leave for Nong Kiaw. This route will take three hours by car with the beautiful mountain view.
    Upon arrival to Nong Kiaw, check in our resort and free at leisure.

  • In the morning, take a boat trip along Nam Ou River, the homeland of river weed that we might have in your breakfast. We will also see how local people collect river weed along the river. Water of the river has beautifully green color. Here and there, hundreds of water buffalos and pigs relaxing on cool sand of river banks. Disembark Muong Ngoi village, we take a short walk around the village and visit Tham Kang and Tham Pha Kaew. Return to Nong Kiaw at around noon time and be free at leisure.

  • Be free at leisure in Nong Kiaw until check out time. Meet our driver and we travel back to Luang Prabang in a good time to connect to our departure flight.
